Chopped Vegetable Salad with Blue Cheese (for wing night)

Instead of serving the usual carrot and celery sticks with wings, I thought I'd try making a salad with the same tastes.  I carefully diced carrots, celery, and a red bell pepper (you needn't be so particular about the chopping, I just like doing it that way) and tumbled them into a bowl.  Added blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, salt, pepper and some chopped parsley.  Tossed the whole mess together and kept it in the fridge until ready to serve.  Delicious and a little bit different!
