Glammed-up Broccoli

I'm always looking for ways to spruce up broccoli.  It's so readily available, and often inexpensive, but I do get sick of plain old steamed broccoli.  Here's a quick way to add some pizazz, without forfeiting it's healthiness.

1 head broccoli, cut into florets and steamed until just tender
1 T olive oil (or melted butter, if you prefer)
1 T lemon juice
1 T grainy mustard
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 t sugar
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup seasoned croutons, crushed (optional)

Combine the oil, lemon, mustard, garlic, sugar and pepper while the broccoli is steaming.  Drizzle the dressing over the hot broccoli, toss, and serve immediately.  If desired, sprinkle with crushed croutons.
